David Thompson BA (Econ) MA, FCCA
Finance Director, 56
For over 20 years Finance Director of M Higgins Ltd ("Higgins") one of the largest potato suppliers to the processing industry. Higgins also owns the largest seed growing operation in Scotland. For the last nine years David has also been a non-executive director of Johnsons of Whixley, ("Johnsons") one of the longest established and largest commercial nursery businesses in the UK, supplying the amenity and retail sectors. Higgins and Johnsons operate in both the UK and overseas markets.
Graham Haselden

Responsible for managing the Group's administrative activities and financial control. Has spent two years financially evaluating and budgeting jatropha plantation projects.

Keith Robinson is an experienced City solicitor who has operated in the smaller public company arena for more than 30 years. He is currently a senior partner of Stallards Solicitors, and a director of Hindustan Composites Ltd ( a company listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange).
Jack Posner, 60
Jack Posner been qualified, and actively involved as a Chartered Accountant for over thirty five years during which time he has gained extensive experience related to the financial management of corporate affairs.
